Simon is a highly experienced solicitor with expertise in a range of civil dispute resolution matters. He specialises in:

Dispute Resolution Property disputes (residential and commercial), professional negligence, contractual and tortious disputes, debt recovery, injunctions and enforcement of judgments.

NHS Continuing Healthcare Appealing decisions made by the NHS in respect to NHS Continuing Healthcare funding.

Before joining Streeter Marshall, Simon worked for two well-respected Sussex law firms, qualifying as a solicitor and being promoted to partner.

Simon qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2007; and later qualified as a solicitor with a distinction in advanced commercial litigation in the legal practice course.

A lover of the great outdoors, food, films and football, a perfect weekend for Simon would be a walk on the South Downs with his wife and children, followed by a good pub lunch and home in time for a movie or a kick about in the back garden.
