Having qualified in January 2009 Matthew now specialises in both Employment Law and Civil Litigation cases.
Matthew deals with a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising both Employers and Employees. As such he can advise on anything from unfair dismissal and discrimination to Transfer of Undertakings for companies (TUPE).
Matthew also deals with a substantial number of landlord and tenant disputes as well as other general contractual disputes (both consumer and commercial).
Matthew started his training contract at Streeter Marshall in 2007 and went on to qualify in January 2009. Matthew now specialises in Employment Law and Civil Litigation cases. Matthew advises a variety of clients both private individuals and larger companies on a range of matters.
