- ProfileWith nearly 20 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, Jemma has a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with residential property matters including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, lease extensions, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and more.
- BackgroundJemma first started in the legal profession as a Legal Secretary. She quickly decided that this was the industry she wished to work in and studied in the evenings at Kingston College to become a Legal Executive Lawyer. After 4 years of studying and exams she qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. Jemma has over 20 years’ experience working within Conveyancing.
- AchievementsJemma qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in August 2012.
- PersonalIn her spare time, Jemma likes to socialise with her family and friends. However, most of her time is taken up with her young children who she loves to explore new places with. She also likes to keep fit and bake.
