- ProfileWith over 40 years experience in private practice with the firm, David has dealt with many aspects of the law and, in particular, probate, commercial and residential conveyancing.
David regularly deals with the larger complicated established estates and trusts, acting in many cases as executor on behalf of the firm. David also deals with powers of attorney and court and protection matters acting as attorney and deputy for many of the firm’s elderly clients.
David undertakes professional negligence work for the Law Society, as well as Land Registry adjudication matters concerning boundary disputes, ownership of land and disputed adverse possession. David has also dealt with contested probate claims involving Inheritance Act claims too.
- BackgroundDavid joined the firm under its old name of Wilberforce Jackson in 1970. David qualified in 1975 and became senior partner in 1987, which is a position he has retained ever since.
- AchievementsDavid is President of Addiscombe Cricket Club where he has been a playing member for 42 years.
