    Callum is a Solicitor in our Private Client team. His work includes:

     

    • Wills
    • Lasting Powers of Attorney
    • Probate & estate administration, including intestate estates
    • Estate planning
    • Trust formation and administration (including the Trust Registration Service)
    • Property matters relating to Probate & estate management (Assents & Gifts)

     

    Callum enjoys working closely with his clients to achieve personalised outcomes for everyone.

  • Background
    Before coming to Streeter Marshall, Callum worked as a legal advisor to the leading recruitment agency within the renewable energy sector.
  • Achievements

    Callum was awarded an upper-second class history degree before going on to achieve a commendation on the GDL.

     

    He has since passed the SQE 1&2 (first attempts) and qualified in 2026.

    Callum enjoys going to Park Runs, Pub Quizzes and is trying to learn French.
