Joint Ventures

It can be advantageous to enter into a joint venture with another party, this allows independence from other business and personal interests but with costs shared and so is often a more viable structure.

We have created joint venture arrangements for Research and Development (R&D), property development and industries generally.

These can be formed in a variety of different ways:-

  • Contractual Joint Ventures
  • Joint Venture Agreement
  • Collaboration Agreements;
  • Research and Development Agreement;
  • Corporate Joint Ventures;
  • Formation of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) can be formed to operate the joint venture, which could be regulated by a Shareholders Agreement and its Articles of Association;
  • Partnerships;
  • Partnership Agreement
  • LLP Agreement
